Founded by Tarq Alkamoua
Our restaurant was founded by Tarq Alkamoua, originally from Syria, with a simple idea: to bring people together through the warmth, generosity, and rich flavors of Mediterranean food.
For Tarq, food is deeply connected to family, tradition, and home. The recipes and flavors served in our restaurant are inspired by the meals shared around the family table: food prepared with care, enjoyed together, and passed from one generation to the next.
After building a new life in a new community, Tarq created the restaurant as a place where people from different backgrounds could meet, feel welcome, and discover the tastes of the Mediterranean.
